Refund policy

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it, and the return is free. We cover the return shipping.

What can be returned

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items where the hygiene liner has been removed.

How to return

Write to shop.eveloa@hotmail.com with your order number. We reply with a prepaid return label and instructions. You do not pay anything to send the item back.

Refunds

Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 14 days. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Tell us the size or colour you would like instead and we arrange the exchange, subject to availability.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, write to shop.eveloa@hotmail.com within 30 days. We cover the return and either replace the item or refund you in full.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
