Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase made on eveloa.com.

Products and orders

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and measurements may vary slightly between garments. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud or where an item is no longer available.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and the payment providers shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.

Returns and withdrawal

Return terms are set out in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in addition to our own 30-day return policy.

Liability

Eveloa is not liable for damage arising from misuse of the products. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the consumer law of the European Union, without prejudice to the mandatory protections you enjoy under the law of your country of residence.
